About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Casual Member Consultant to join our Albion Park team. You’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests — creating a welcoming atmosphere, supporting member needs, and helping new people get started. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident with sales. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Member Experience & Customer Service:
- Greet and engage with all members and guests Create a welcoming, inclusive, and positive club environment
- Assist with enquiries and provide exceptional customer service Build genuine relationships with members
- Sales & Lead Management
- Follow up enquiries and assist in converting leads into members
- Conduct club tours and confidently present membership options
- Support current promotions and generate referrals
- Contribute to achieving club sales targets
- Club Presentation & Operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Complete daily club checks and support a safe environment
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Member Engagement & Retention
- Proactively connect with members on the gym floor
- Support member retention and engagement initiatives
- Assist with in-club events and community activities
- Administration Maintain accurate member records in ClubWise
- Assist with emails, phone enquiries, and general admin tasks
If considered for this role, you might be asked to submit these requirements:
- Certificate 3 & 4 of Fitness (Preferred but not required)
- First Aid & CPR
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check

- Essential Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills
- Positive attitude with strong initiative
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Customer service or sales experience (preferred)
- Must be available to work weekends (desirable)
