Club Cleaner – Elsternwick & Caulfield

We’re on the lookout for a reliable and detail-oriented Casual Cleaner to join our team across Anytime Fitness Elsternwick and Caulfield.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys creating a clean and welcoming environment, and is looking for daytime hours with flexibility.

Hours:

Approximately 20 hours per week across both clubs, with the opportunity to increase hours as new clubs open within our group.

About the Role

As a Club Cleaner and part of the BF Fitness Group team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clubs are always presented at a high standard for our members and community. Your responsibilities include:

• Daily cleaning of gym floors, equipment, and training areas
• Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, showers, and changerooms
• Vacuuming, mopping, and general upkeep of all areas
• Ensuring hygiene stations are stocked and maintained
• Regular deep cleaning tasks (glass, walls, detailed equipment cleaning)
• Identifying and reporting any maintenance or cleanliness issues
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for members

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Good time management and organisation skills
• Positive attitude and takes pride in their work
• Previous cleaning experience preferred (but not essential)
