The Opportunity:

As the network continues to scale, we are seeking a Supplier Partnerships Manager to elevate and optimise our national supplier network. This role exists to ensure our suppliers operate as strategic partners, driving innovation, commercial value, and consistency across the network while enhancing franchisee experience, supporting growth, and protecting brand standards.

The Role:

The Supplier Partnerships Manager leads the performance and development of the national supplier network, ensuring strong commercial outcomes and consistent delivery. You will act as the central coordination point across suppliers, franchisees, and internal teams, overseeing supplier strategy, commercial agreements, and performance to support network success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the national supplier partnership strategy across all key categories
  • Build and manage strong, high-value relationships with preferred suppliers
  • Lead tender processes, commercial reviews, and contract negotiations to optimise value and performance
  • Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure commercial accuracy, governance, and compliance across all agreements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, New Builds, Refresh, and Technology to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Monitor supplier performance using data, insights, and franchisee feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Act as escalation point for supplier-related issues, resolving challenges with a commercially sound approach
  • Support franchisees with supplier selection, guidance, and operational queries
  • Drive supplier adoption through clear communication, tools, and training
  • Oversee supplier governance, compliance requirements, and documentation standards
  • Lead supplier engagement initiatives including conferences, sponsorships, and brand programs

Technical Ability

  • Experience managing suppliers, vendors, or commercial partnerships in a multi-site/franchise/retail (or similar) environment
  • Strong commercial capability across tenders, contract negotiation, and value optimisation
  • Contract and performance management skills, using reporting and metrics to improve outcomes
  • Working knowledge of compliance, governance, legal, and risk requirements
  • Able to manage multiple supplier relationships and initiatives in a fast-paced environment
