The Opportunity:
As the network continues to evolve its health and wellness ecosystem, we are seeking a Product Innovation Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead the development and launch of a new branded supplements program. This role exists to shape a commercially viable, brand-aligned product proposition that strengthens member engagement, supports franchisee growth, and unlocks a new revenue opportunity across the network.
The Role:
The Product Innovation Manager leads the commercial development and launch of a new supplements category, taking the program from concept through to pilot and scale. You will oversee proposition development, go-to-market planning, stakeholder coordination, and commercial delivery while ensuring alignment with brand, compliance, and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the supplements proposition, including brand positioning, target market, pricing, and go-to-market strategy
- Own the commercialisation of the pilot range from concept through to launch readiness
- Develop business cases, P&L assumptions, success metrics, and investment recommendations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Brand, Operations, Legal, Digital, Risk, and Franchise teams
- Manage relationships with manufacturing and supplier partners to ensure alignment and delivery
- Prepare and present recommendations, updates, and decision papers to leadership stakeholders
- Deliver pilot launch plans, support materials, and rollout readiness across clubs and online channels
- Use pilot insights and performance data to refine the proposition and future operating model
- Ensure all activity aligns with governance, compliance, safety, and brand standards
- Drive continuous improvement across product development and launch processes
Experience and About You:
You are a commercially minded product or brand professional who thrives in fast-paced, innovation-led environments. You bring strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and execution capability, with the ability to turn ideas into scalable commercial opportunities. You are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while delivering structured outcomes.
Technical Ability
- Experience in product, innovation, brand, or commercial marketing roles within FMCG, supplements, food, beverage, or related industries
- Strong commercial capability including business cases, product P&L ownership, pricing, and route-to-market strategy
- Demonstrated experience taking products from concept through pilot, launch, and scale
- Experience working with manufacturers, suppliers, or private-label partners
- Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and quality frameworks within consumer product environments
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capability across cross-functional teams
Leadership Capability
- Commercially driven with the ability to connect customer needs, brand strategy, and business outcomes
- Strategic thinker with sound judgment and confidence in test-and-learn environments
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex commercial and operational decisions
