Rotational Veterinary Nurse position
Are you a Cert IV or Diploma-qualified veterinary nurse with at least 2 years of experience and registered with the Veterinary Practice Board WA? Are you ready to jump into a dynamic and diverse role with an immediate start? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
This rotational nursing role is part of our exciting 4-week roster, including:
- 2 weeks of day shifts (Mon-Fri)
- 4 evening shifts (Mon-Thurs)
- 4 overnight shifts (Mon-Thurs)
- Bonus: No weekend work!
This role offers the opportunity to work across our full-spectrum referral veterinary hospital. You’ll occasionally float between departments, gaining valuable experience and developing your clinical skills in a supportive and forward-thinking team.
What You’ll Be Doing
This role focuses on patient and ward care, primarily supporting patients from:
- Medicine – high-dependency cases needing post-procedure care or medical intervention
- Dentistry – complex cases like mandibulectomies or full-mouth extractions
- Surgery – from routine procedures to intricate surgical cases
- Radiology – inpatients and outpatients requiring advanced imaging

- Two operating theatres
- Two ultrasound suites, digital x-ray suite, MRI, CT & fluoroscopy
- Specialist-recommended anaesthesia equipment including GE Carestations and Mindray VETA5 workstations
- Monitoring equipment with full agent monitoring, capnography, and spirometry
- Medicine cases involving high-dependency care, plus endoscopy and rhinoscopy tools
