As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Client Services Officer to join our front-of-house team.
The Opportunity
This is more than a reception role.
You will be a key part of the client journey; coordinating complex appointments, supporting referring veterinarians, and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standard of care we provide.
You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where communication and attention to detail matter.

Role Details
- Part-time or full-time opportunity
- A mixture of 8:00am–4:00pm and 10:00am–6:00pm shifts, Monday to Friday only (no weekends!)
Experience in veterinary or medical environments is valued, but we are equally interested in individuals with strong client service capability and the right mindset.
