Angel Seafood is looking for a hands-on, reliable Construction/Maintenance Manager to join our growing business on South Australia’s stunning Eyre Peninsula.

About the Role

As Construction Manager, you will lead the delivery of construction and maintenance activities across our marine and land-based sites. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires regular travel between our key locations: Cowell, Haslam, Streaky Bay, and Coffin Bay.

Key responsibilities include:

Planning and overseeing infrastructure and construction/maintenance projects across multiple sites

Supervising, mentoring, and coordinating construction/maintenance team members

Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Maintaining high standards of safety, environmental compliance, and worksite organisation

Overseeing the use, maintenance, and safe operation of tools, equipment, and machinery

Supporting the development and continuous improvement of construction procedures

Providing regular updates and reports on project progress, risks, resources, and outcomes

What You’ll Need

Full Australian working rights essential

Proven leadership experience in similar role essential

Vessel operations & GPS plotting/navigation

Demonstrated knowledge of bays & lease/license areas

Ability to operate plant & machinery i.e. excavators

Intermediate computer skills (incl. Excel, Zoom, reporting, etc.).

Qualifications & Licenses

Coxswains grade 1

CV and FL High Risk licenses essential

Current First Aid

Current SA driver’s license with agriculture endorsement
