Andi-Co Australia is a national distributor of premium kitchen appliances within the Residential, Commercial and Architectural & Design sector. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Sales Coordinator to support our national Projects & Specifications sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales support, project coordination, or Architectural & Design industry experience who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
Working the equivalent of 3 days a week (flexible with days/hours, although ability to work on a Friday is a requirement), this role reports to the National Sales Manager – Projects & Specifications and is responsible for coordinating and supporting project sales activities nationally. The role combines sales administration, stakeholder communication, appointment setting, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Project Coordination
- Canvas the Architectural & Design community to secure presentation opportunities
- Manage project lead qualification and registration processes
- Prepare and issue quotations
- Maintain project and builder registers
- Coordinate appointments and manage calendars for the project sales team
- Implement and maintain forward order tracking processes
- Liaise with commercial coordinators and estimators within dealer partners
- Maintain accurate project order pipeline reporting
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, builders and dealer partners
- Respond promptly to pricing and quotation requests
- Facilitate service and spare parts enquiries between stakeholders
- Ensure integrity and compliance of the project registration process
- Deliver professional and aspirational brand communication
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes
- Maintain accurate ETA updates through regular stakeholder communication
- Contribute to team meetings, conferences and events
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous canvassing or cold calling experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in the Architectural & Design, construction or development industries (highly regarded)
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to meet and exceed performance targets
