About the Role:

This role will support our end to end recruitment function nationally. Including candidate sourcing & screening, talent pooling, scheduling and coordinating interviews, managing pre-start checks and keeping accurate records via our HRIS. You will gain exposure to the entire lifecycle of recruitment within a national business.

This position will initially be a 6month fixed term contract with potential to extend. It will based in our Artarmon office in Sydney, NSW. We are also open to people looking for part-time opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2 years of recruitment or recruitment coordination experience
  • Experience in recruitment or working in a trades services based organisation – ideally HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or similar
  • Indepth experience using and maintaining ATS, HRIS and other recruitment softwares
  • Proficient across Microsoft suite including Excel
