Job Summary:

As Business Development Manager, you’ll focus on understanding existing client portfolios and new business development across the Services and Project domains. You will actively build executive-level relationships and ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement, and strategic solutions.

This role will focus on both Mechanical & Electrical across Services & Projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients
  • Win new contracts across projects & services
  • Coordinate service proposals and presentations
  • Lead tender submission processes where relevant
  • Developing pricing models
  • Negotiation of major tender submissions
  • Establish and maintain ongoing strategic relationships with current and potential ‘key’ account customers.
  • Investigate and Develop new service opportunities
  • Delivery of ongoing client service activities
  • Maintain client relationships through regular contact at various levels to ensure achievement of expectations

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in client liaison and strategic sales management
  • Proven track record in strategic selling with at least 10 years’ experience
  • Strong business systems and tech literacy to analyse and share insights
  • Mechanical, Electrical or FM Hard Services domains
  • Experience or a very strong understanding of the Mechanical & Electrical contracting market in Australia
