About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Billing Administrator to support our Service, Maintenance, and Project operations. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely invoicing of works completed by our HVAC and Electrical trade teams, while providing administrative support across service coordination, finance, and compliance functions.
Based in our Mackay or Rockhampton offices, you will work closely with Service Managers, Coordinators, Planners, and Finance to ensure smooth service delivery, strong customer outcomes and adherence to contractual and organisational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoicing for service, maintenance, and project works
- Support service coordination, scheduling, and completion of works
- Ensure billing accuracy, compliance, and supporting documentation
- Assist with accounts receivable, reporting, and operational administration
- Liaise with internal teams, technicians, clients, and suppliers
About You
- 2+ years experience in billing, service administration, or contract support within a trades or services environment
- Exposure to service coordination, maintenance planning, or technician scheduling is a plus
- Strong ERP and scheduling system experience (SAP S4/HANA highly regarded)
- High attention to detail with strong time management and organisational skills
- Confident communicator who works well in fast-paced, operational teams
