About the Role

As a Mid-Level Designer, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering workplace design solutions that are functional, visually considered and aligned to each client’s brand and brief. Working alongside senior designers, project managers and consultants, you’ll contribute across spatial planning, concept development, technical documentation and presentation materials.

You’ll bring a solid understanding of design and construction processes, along with a growing awareness of sustainability and base building services — applying these to help translate client briefs into compliant, high-quality design outcomes.

If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy collaborating across teams and are motivated by balancing creative thinking with technical capability, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Develop creative and functional design solutions for commercial interiors
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and client-facing materials
  • Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Coordinate documentation, ensure quality requirements are achieved and design intent is carried through to construction
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating large-scale project experience (end-to-end)
