About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you’ll guide customers through the entire vehicle purchasing journey—from initial enquiry to delivery and beyond. At Eurobodalla Toyota, we focus on building long-term relationships, not just one-off sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing customer enquiries both in-person and online
• Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives
• Following a structured sales process from lead to delivery
• Working closely with Finance and After Sales teams to maximise customer outcomes
• Maintaining showroom and vehicle presentation standards
• Building product knowledge across Toyota and competitor brands
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience every time

About You

• A positive, driven “go-getter” attitude
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
• Well-presented with a professional approach
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Solid computer literacy
• Current driver’s license
• Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience a bonus, not essential)
• Experience in Used Vehicle sales would be highly regarded
