Xtreme Clean Sanitisation & Restoration has rapidly grown into one of the largest and most trusted restoration providers in the country. With continued national expansion, we’re looking for Scheduling Coordinators to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer service and administration, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is confident supporting both clients and internal teams. If you’re organised, adaptable, and ready to contribute to a high‑performing team, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across our restoration projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and their customers.
  • Scheduling and managing technician appointments.
  • Communicating effectively with restoration technicians.
  • Reviewing technician reports and submitting them to clients.
  • Completing a range of administrative tasks to support the team.
  • Preparing and submitting job costings.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, clients, and contractors.
  • Supporting the coordination of insurance‑related restoration work.

What We’re Looking For

  • Administration or Scheduling experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and system‑based applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • A positive, team‑focused attitude with the ability to adapt to process changes.
  • A proactive mindset and the drive to excel in a KPI‑driven environment.
