Ambrose Construct Group is one of Australia’s largest insurance repair specialists, with offices nationwide. We’re looking for an experienced Estimator Supervisor to join our team in Port Macquarie.

The Role

  • Estimate, schedule and supervise insurance building repairs.
  • Manage jobs from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Construction Manager.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, trades, and stakeholders.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues effectively.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs using our industry-leading systems.

What You’ll Need

  • Cert III in Carpentry (Highly regarded).
  • Current White Card and Driver Licence.
  • Experience estimating, scheduling and supervising repairs.
  • Knowledge of NCC, building regulations and WHS requirements.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office + ability to learn new systems).
  • High attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong organisation and time management.
  • A proactive, team-focused mindset.
  • Commitment to safety.

Insurance experience and water claims knowledge are advantageous but not essential.
