Claims Officer

About the Role

We’re looking for a confident, customer‑focused team member to manage incoming enquiries and support clients throughout the insurance claim process. You’ll be the first point of contact for phone and email correspondence, ensuring clear communication and timely updates to clients, trades and internal teams.

In this role, you will

• Work full‑time from our Wangara office.
• Provide outstanding customer service across the entire claim lifecycle.
• Manage a reasonable portfolio of claims from start to finish.
• Use industry‑leading technology to deliver efficient, high‑quality outcomes.
• Receive comprehensive training and cross‑training across the broader claims team.

What You’ll Need

• Basic data entry skills.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Good typing speed and excellent attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to work toward team KPIs.
• A positive, collaborative mindset.
