Xtreme Clean is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, detail‑driven Claims Administrator to join our Meadowbrook team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of finalising and invoicing completed insurance claims. Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication with both internal teams and external clients. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver high‑quality customer service to clients, customers, technicians, and internal teams.
  • Manage your own portfolio of completed claims from handover through to final invoice.
  • Liaise with restoration technicians to clarify requirements and reporting.
  • Review and critique technician reports before submitting to clients.
  • Maintain accurate status updates and booking changes in Wrkflo.
  • Submit invoices within agreed service timeframes.
  • Review job documentation, scopes, variations, and supplier invoices to ensure all costs are complete and justified.
  • Meet KPI expectations and support continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with technicians, customers, clients, and contractors.
  • Record updates and communications in job journals and create tasks for supervisors when required.
  • Support the broader Claims Administration team as needed.
  • Follow all relevant Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist in refining and standardising claims finalisation and invoicing processes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Administration experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to review reports and identify billable items using price books and fixed pricing.
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional and friendly phone manner.
  • Motivated, proactive approach with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a KPI‑driven team environment.
