The Role
As the Marketing Lead for Clinch, you will own the end-to-end marketing function for one of Australia’s leading bridge finance providers. This is a hands-on role responsible for planning, executing, and optimising marketing initiatives that build brand visibility, generate quality leads, and engage our B2B and B2C channels. You’ll work closely with the CEO for Clinch to ensure marketing activity supports business growth and reflects Clinch’s reputation for trust and innovation in bridging finance.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and manage Clinch’s marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities.
- Support go-to-market strategies for B2B and B2C channels.
Events & Sponsorships
- Plan and deliver Clinch-hosted events, webinars, and sponsorship activities that strengthen relationships with brokers.
- Manage logistics, budgets, and post-event follow-up to maximise engagement and pipeline impact.
Advertising
- Plan and deliver Clinch branded advertising campaigns with financial services and real estate industry publishers.
- Creation and delivery of press releases for new product initiatives
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Execute and optimise campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social, eDMs, and website channels to drive traffic and conversions.
- Manage nurture journeys and lifecycle programs using CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot/HubSpot).
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and lead quality.
Brand & Content
- Maintain Clinch’s brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Create and edit compelling content for eDMs, social media, website, brochures, and thought leadership pieces tailored to financial services audiences.
- Collaborate with internal experts and external agencies to ensure messaging aligns with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Collateral & Sales Enablement
- Produce marketing collateral including presentations, flyers, and product materials.
- Coordinate with designers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, website analytics, and lead metrics.
- Track marketing spend and manage supplier invoices accurately.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Solid experience in marketing execution within financial services, fintech, or related industries.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, paid social, eDMs, and CRM/automation tools.
- Strong copywriting and content development skills.
- Proven ability to manage events and vendor relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
