Skills & experience

  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, either in-house or agency
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
  • Experience using ATS or recruitment systems
