Description

The work you’ll do here goes beyond installations It helps keep construction sites moving, hospitals running, communities connected, and critical services online. Every project you contribute to plays a part in supporting environments where performance and reliability truly matter. This role is essential to delivering high-quality telecommunications and electrical infrastructure across key sectors, giving you the opportunity to work on systems that people rely on every day.

 

 

In this role, you will

  • Work in a live construction site and across high-security and mission-critical environments supporting essential services
  • Showcase your leadership skills in supporting your team
  • Build and upgrade network and electrical infrastructure
  • Install, terminate and commission fibre, copper and structured cabling systems
  • Perform testing, fault finding and compliance reporting (OTDR, EXFO, Fluke)
  • Deliver work where precision, reliability and performance are non-negotiable
  • Represent Alliance SI professionally and build strong client relationships

Skills & experience

  • Current ACMA Cabling Licence (Structured, Coaxial, Fibre) – mandatory
  • NSW Electrical Licence highly regarded
  • Strong knowledge of data cabling standards and network infrastructure
  • Detail-focused with a strong commitment to quality and safety compliance
  • Reliable team player with good communication skills and problem-solving ability under pressure
  • Strong leadership skills
