As an authorised Kubota & Merlo dealer and specialist, we supply and support a full range of Kubota & Merlo construction and agricultural equipment, parts, and service solutions across Queensland.
With seven branches across the state, we are continuing to grow and strengthen our regional operations. Due to this growth, we are now seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Manager – North Queensland to provide operational leadership across our Townsville and Cairns branches, as well as smaller satellite North Queensland locations.
About the Role
The Regional Manager – North Queensland plays a key leadership role in ensuring our North Queensland operations run efficiently, profitably, and safely.
Our NQ branches operate with strong functional leaders across Parts, Service and Sales. This role provides the overall operational leadership and coordination normally delivered by a Branch Manager, ensuring the teams work together effectively to deliver outstanding results for customers and the business.
You will work closely with Parts Managers, Service Managers and Sales teams to drive performance, support leadership development, and ensure consistent operational standards across the region.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong commercial awareness, operational capability and the ability to influence and develop leaders across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Operational Leadership
- Provide operational leadership across the Townsville and Cairns branches as well as smaller satellite NQ locations
- Coordinate performance across Parts, Service, Sales and Administration teams
- Ensure consistent implementation of company systems, processes and standards
Leadership & Team Development
Mentor and support Parts Managers, Service Managers and Sales staff
Develop capability within branch leadership teams
Promote a strong culture aligned with Allclass values and teamwork
Financial Performance
Monitor branch financial performance including revenue, margins and expenses
Support budgeting, forecasting and operational planning
Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency and improved profitability
Customer & Market Development
Build strong relationships with key customers and industry partners
Support sales teams to grow market presence across North Queensland
Ensure customer issues are addressed quickly and professionally
Operational Performance
Monitor operational KPIs across Parts, Service and Sales
Identify performance gaps and drive improvement initiatives
Promote continuous improvement across regional operations
Safety & Compliance
Ensure strong safety leadership and compliance across all sites
Work closely with the HR & HSE team to maintain a safe workplace
Monitor risk, compliance and incident management processes
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in heavy equipment, machinery, automotive or dealership operations
- Strong leadership capability managing multi-site operations or branch teams
- Solid understanding of Parts, Service and Sales operations
- Financial and commercial awareness with the ability to analyse performance
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach and influence teams
- A background in service or operational leadership within machinery or dealership environments will be highly regarded.
