What You’ll Do:

As a Machine Assembler, you’ll play a critical role in assembling Kubota machinery to the highest standards of quality and performance. Your day-to-day will include working with engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems — using your mechanical mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to safety to deliver machines our customers can rely on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components using a variety of tools and techniques

• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals

• Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout the assembly process

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during builds

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting

• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and best practices

• Maintain tools and equipment in top working condition

What You’ll Bring:

• Some mechanical experience, particularly in wiring, hydraulics, and engines

• Proven ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset

• Physical stamina to handle manual tasks and long periods of standing
