Receptionist (Full-time)

Location: Penrith Head Office; Onsite

Work Schedule/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

About the Role

As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and stakeholders. You’ll help keep our office running smoothly, ensuring a professional, friendly, and well-organised environment.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and notices the small details that make a big difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, creating a professional and welcoming experience
  • Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries
  • Monitoring and responding to the info@ inbox
  • Coordinate meeting rooms and manage bookings
  • Managing office supplies, stock levels, and placing orders
  • Checking, sorting, and distributing mail
  • Maintaining a tidy, organised, and well-presented office environment
  • Support the upkeep of shared spaces (kitchen, meeting rooms, common areas)
  • Assist with general administrative tasks across the team

About You
