Contract & Award Support: Assist with the rollout of contracts, providing clear communications and guidance on SCHADS Award classifications.

Complex Case Management: Support and facilitate formal meetings, including higher-level escalations and complex terminations.

Quality Assurance: Review outgoing ER letters and documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and professional standards.

Policy & Compliance: Conduct reviews of the Employment Handbook and maintain a clear register of who in the Head Office is on which award.

Systems & Reporting: Utilize Employment Hero to manage data and build reporting dashboards.

About You:

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

An ER Subject Matter Expert: You have a robust understanding of the SCHADS Award and Australian employment law.

Process-Driven: You enjoy taking complex information and turning it into simple, actionable “cheat sheets” and process flows.

A Reliable Sounding Board: You are comfortable being a go-to person for sensitive issues and providing clear, consistent advice.

Confident in Formal Settings: You have experience leading or supporting formal HR meetings and navigating complex terminations.

Tech-Savvy: You have experience with HRIS platforms (Employment Hero preferred) and digital document management.
