All Fence U Rent is looking for a hands‑on Field Crew Manager to lead our temporary
fencing operations across Perth and regional WA. This is not an office role, you’ll be on the tools every day, setting the pace, leading by example, and
keeping jobs running smoothly and safely.
If you’re practical, organised, motivated, and enjoy working outdoors with a crew, this
is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role with real progression.
What You’ll Be Doing

Install and remove temporary fencing every day across construction sites, events, and hire jobs

Lead, supervise, and support field crews including installers, drivers, and yard staff
- Run daily job briefings and toolbox talks to keep crews safe and focused
- Be the key link between the office and the field, ensuring jobs are completed on time and to standard
- Allocate daily runs, manage crew attendance, and respond to sick leave or last‑minute changes
- Ensure vehicles, tools, and fencing materials are clean, safe, and job‑ready
- Complete job sheets, photos, and digital checklists accurately
- Communicate daily with the Operations Manager regarding schedules, site issues, delays, or variations
- Train and support new team members to uphold safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a field‑based leadership or supervisory role
- Background in temporary fencing, construction, labour hire, logistics, or similar industries
- Physically fit and happy to perform manual labour on site every day
- Strong understanding of WHS and site safety requirements
- Reliable, organised, and able to manage changing priorities
- Comfortable with early starts (typically 6:00–6:30am) and flexible hours
- HR or MR driver’s licence (or willing to obtain)

What We Offer

Full‑time position with a 6‑month probation period

- Salary $85,000 – $100,000 depending on experience
