We are currently seeking a Casual Stock Assistant to join our Flagship Collaroy Store. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a genuine interest in retail operations.
About the Role
As a Stock Assistant, you’ll work primarily behind the scenes to support stock management and presentation. You’ll ensure our store is well-stocked, organised and visually appealing for our customers.
This casual role is 3-4 days per week, with the flexibility to support the team during busy periods such as Christmas, Mother’s Day and promotional events. During these times, you may also assist on the shop floor with customer service and gift wrapping. Ideally you will be available several days through the weekend and a Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
• Unpack and check stock deliveries, reporting any discrepancies or issues.
• Replenish stock on the shop floor and assist with maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Keep the stockroom clean, safe and organised.
• Support regular stocktakes and inventory checks.
• Assist with packaging, gift wrapping and occasional customer service during peak times.
• Work closely with store and visual merchandising teams to ensure product availability.
About You:
• Previous stockroom or retail experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• Reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Organised and able to prioritise tasks efficiently.
• Willing to assist with customer service and gift wrapping as needed.
• Available for 3–4 days per week, with flexibility during peak periods.
