Barista

Alfresco Emporium is a premium lifestyle brand offering a curated selection of homewares, furniture, and gifts inspired by coastal elegance and timeless design. As we prepare to open our Glenhaven location, we are seeking passionate and customer-focused Baristas to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new café environment, delivering a high-quality experience that reflects our signature aesthetic and service.

The Role Working closely with the Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating exceptional coffee and providing warm, engaging customer service in a fast-paced retail café setting.

Positions Available

• Permanent Full-Time and Permanent Part-Time opportunities
• Hours: 7:15am – 2:30pm (no late nights)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Maintaining a clean, organised café environment
• Supporting daily café operations and team collaboration
• Contributing to a positive and welcoming in-store experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous barista experience preferred (training provided)
• Passion for coffee, food, and customer service
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, positive, and proactive attitude
• Availability to work a minimum of two days per week

Training & Development Successful candidates may receive training at our Collaroy Café in the lead-up to the Glenhaven Coffee Shop opening.
