About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the welcoming face of Alchemy. You’ll play a key role in creating an experience where guests feel comfortable, connected, and genuinely cared for from the moment they walk in.

This is a part-time contracted role, offering regular, ongoing hours within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests with warmth and confidence
• Keep the venue looking vibrant, clean, and inviting at all times
• Answer questions, manage bookings, and support smooth guest flow
• Work closely with your team to create a lively, connected atmosphere
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling better than when they arrived

About You

• Friendly, confident, and genuinely people-focused
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or wellbeing environments preferred
• Organised, reliable, and proactive in a busy setting
• Tech-friendly and comfortable using booking and payment systems
• A team player who thrives on connection, community, and great energy
