General Hand/Labourer

About the role:

We are seeking a casual General Hand/Labourer to join our manufacturing operations. This role involves the safe handling and filling of IBCs and 200L drums in accordance with site procedure as well as loading and unloading trucks.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport IBCs and 200L drums to the designated filling area using a forklift
• Position containers on scales and initiate the filling process
• Monitor filling activities to ensure accuracy and safety
• Seal and label IBCs/drums once filling is complete
• Move finished product to the designated storage area
• Moving products on and off trucks and road tankers
• Housekeeping
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures at all times

Shift

Monday to Friday dayshift

Rate: $40.5897 plus 25% casual loading

About You

• Current LF Forklift Licence is essential
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment (desirable)
• Ability to follow procedures and work safely around plant and equipment
• Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks
• Reliable, safety‑focused, and able to work as part of a team
