- Education, Training & Employment
- Expenditure, Administration & Reporting
- Working with employers to create opportunities for aspirants
To be considered for this position you will:
- Manage yourself, your workload and work collaboratively with the wider programs to ensure successful outcomes for participants
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
- Demonstrate a high level of digital literacy
- Deliver group workshops as well as providing one on one support
- Have strong relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships with employers, service providers and participants
- Previous experience in Employment Services or Sales will be highly regarded

This position relates to Section 50(d) of the Equal Employment Opportunity Act 1984 (WA), where Aboriginality is considered a genuine occupational qualification for this position.

To be considered you must…
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Have a current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
- Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment
- Ability to work Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:00pm
