Summary:

As a Client Services Manager at Apt Wealth Partners, you hold a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships among all stakeholders. Your primary objective is to be the main point of contact for our clients, financial advisors, FAS team and other internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. In addition to maintaining excellent client relationships, you will take on an expanded role involving advice-related tasks whilst still carrying out the primary administration duties required within this role. This includes collaborating with our advisors to understand client financial goals, participating in strategy discussions, and taking on additional advice specific tasks. Your leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to manage multiple tasks will help drive the success of your business unit.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Financial Adviser to meet group service standards for new and existing clients
  • Assisting the Financial Adviser to retain existing and build new client relationships
  • Assisting the Financial Adviser to attract new potential clients and leads through referral partners and private referrals
  • Managing the Work In Progress and implementing recommendations at the appropriate time
  • Ensure all client interactions and documentation adhere to industry regulations and internal compliance standards
  • Proactively identify and address client issues or concerns, providing solutions in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • FASEA Approved degree (or currently studying towards)
  • 2 + years in similar role
