About the Role
This is more than just management—it’s leadership with impact.
You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, working closely with the Business Manager/Owner while inspiring your team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
- Leading and motivating dentists, assistants, and front office staff
- Driving team performance, development, and engagement
- Managing inductions, performance reviews, and training programs
- Experience working within a dental or healthcare practice environment.
- Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ensuring smooth operations and outstanding service delivery
