We are on the hunt for passionate, motivated and skilled Food & Beverage Supervisors that are confident and willing to deliver unforgettable guest experiences whilst supporting and guiding your team to ensure a warm, inviting, thoughtful and seamless service that showcases a precinct that is set to be the changing face of the Central Coast!

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
• Work across our restaurant, bar, room service and events spaces, delivering wonderful experiences to our guests and empowering your team to do the same
• Support the Food and Beverage Operations Manager in developing the team’s product knowledge and service skills to make sure the team deliver with compliance and to top standard
• Keeping the bar well stocked and making sure it’s always a clean and safe place to work
• Work with your team to identify and action any unsafe equipment, low supplies or safety incidents
• Taking on ad-hoc duties to keep the service running smoothly
• Establish and achieve quality and guest satisfaction goals. Help guests with their requests and complaints – making sure you maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
• Handle food and beverage inventory procedures. Determine minimum and maximum stocks for all food, beverage, material, and equipment
• Sound knowledge of all liquor licensing laws and ensuring the venue is compliant in all areas
What we need from you:
• Can do positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn new things
• Previous Team Lead or Supervisory experience essential
• Embrace and demonstrate our values
• The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 20 kg which can also involve bending and kneeling
• Hold or willing to obtain Responsible Service of Alcohol (NSW)
• Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol
• Great communication – you’ll be warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to
