ASX-listed and growing, Aerometrex has been mapping Australia since 1980, but right now feels like the most exciting chapter yet. MetroMap (our subscription business) is growing fast, new industries are discovering what our data can do, and we’re building the marketing function to match that ambition. That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who wants real ownership, someone curious about technology, commercially sharp, and energised by working in a business committed to innovation. You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing across brand, digital, content, campaigns, and events, with the chance to make a genuine commercial impact from day one.
Based in Glynde, Adelaide, you’ll join a company doing genuinely interesting work and have the satisfaction of marketing products that change how Australia sees itself.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and executing integrated campaigns across digital, email, content, and events — from brief to results
- Owning customer lifecycle communications, including automated email sequences and digital touchpoints that keep our audiences engaged
- Planning and delivering events and industry activations — and reporting back on what worked
- Keeping our CRM and marketing database clean, segmented, and compliant — because good data makes everything else possible
- Contributing to website updates, content improvements, and SEO enhancements that improve how we show up online
- Digging into market and competitor research to sharpen our targeting, segmentation, and campaign strategy
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners on co-branded content and joint activity
- Tracking campaign performance and lead quality — and using what you find to make the next campaign better
About you:
You’re a marketing professional who knows how to get things done – and done well. You move comfortably between strategy and execution, you sweat the detail without losing sight of the bigger picture, and you take pride in work that’s consistent, considered, and commercially driven.
You’ve worked across enough channels to know what good looks like — and you’re hungry to keep raising the bar.
What you bring:
- A proven track record delivering multi-channel campaigns that connect with the right audiences and drive real results
- Solid hands across brand execution, CRM, and customer lifecycle communications — from acquisition through to retention
- Sharp written and verbal communication skills, with the commercial instinct to match
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders without dropping the ball
- Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or data-driven environments — highly regarded
- Comfort with website management, digital optimisation, or redevelopment projects
