Are you passionate about empowering clients to achieve their financial goals and unlock the freedom to live life on their terms? If so, we would love to hear from you!
We are currently open to expressions of interest to join our enable.me Financial Coaching teams, based in our Parnell, Takapuna or Wellington office.
Our Strategic Coaches first work with our clients to understand their needs and personal situations to develop a personalised financial plan that will allow them to realise a better financial future.
Performance Coaches then turn that dream into a reality, and work with our clients through the programme aimed at smashing out some big financial goals. You will need to be a qualified financial adviser (NZCFS) and bring a well-rounded background of client facing experience.
Either way, you will have superior interpersonal skills underpinning your ability to help our clients understand sometimes complex financial scenarios and make informed decisions about their finances. This allows you to establish rapport quickly, identify client needs, present solutions in a way that overcomes objections and closes a sale. Your ability to self-manage, keep on top of your planning, business development and the ever-changing financial markets will make you a great trusted partner for our valued clients.
