NDIS Support Coordinator – Full-Time (Onsite)

Advance Disability Services and Respite Pty Ltd (ADSR) is seeking an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis.
This role is suited to someone with a strong understanding of the NDIS who can manage a caseload independently, meet performance expectations, and deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for participants.

About the Role
The NDIS Support Coordinator will be responsible for supporting participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans, coordinating appropriate services, and monitoring progress against participant goals.
The role includes clear performance expectations, including billable hour targets, compliance requirements, and active engagement with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Support participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans
* Coordinate and monitor supports to ensure participants are connected with appropriate services
* Maintain regular contact with participants to monitor progress toward goals
* Monitor plan utilisation and manage budgets effectively
* Maintain accurate and timely case notes, records, and documentation
* Meet required weekly billable hour targets (approximately 30 billable hours)
* Ensure compliance with NDIS requirements, including incident reporting and audits
* Participate in required meetings, reviews, and team activities
* Work collaboratively with internal departments including Scheduling, Finance, HR, and Engagement
Hours of Work
* Full-time position
* Monday to Friday
* 9:00am to 5:00pm
* Onsite role
Please note: This role requires consistent onsite attendance and fixed working hours.
Essential Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in NDIS Support Coordination or a similar role
* Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework and service system
* Ability to meet performance and billable hour requirements
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
* Current Working With Children Check
* Right to work in Australia
Desirable
* Relevant qualifications in Community Services, Disability, or a related field
* Experience supporting participants with complex needs
* Knowledge of local service providers and community networks
