Turn fan moments into experiences that excite, engage, and leave a lasting impact.
This is a role for a marketer who’s curious about segmentation and storytelling. Someone who understands that every click, every email and every match day offer plays a part in a bigger journey, turning fans into lifelong members.
We’re building towards an ambitious member target and a new home, and this role is central to achieving it.
Where and how you can work
This is a hands-on, in-market marketing role. You’ll work closely with Insights, Membership, Commercial and Digital to shape campaigns that drive real outcomes.
You’ll be part of the engine room behind AFL and AFLW seasonal campaigns, coordinating media partners (paid and contra), managing digital advertising, refining customer journeys and executing acquisition strategies that deliver measurable growth.
Match days are part of it. So are tight deadlines and big moments. You’ll need to be comfortable balancing creativity with performance, brand with ROI, and long-term growth with weekly KPIs.
We’re currently based in West Lakes and soon moving to a brand-new facility in Thebarton, opening up even more opportunity to connect fans, partners and members in new ways.
About the team
You’ll sit within the Marketing team and report to the Head of Marketing, working alongside specialists in digital, insights, content and membership.
This is a collaborative group that believes audience growth underpins everything, partnerships, ticketing, retail and long-term Club sustainability. The team moves quickly, works alongside multiple teams and values clear thinking, strong execution and accountability.
