Role Overview:

This is a full-time fixed term contract ending on 31 August 2028 

Adelaide Festival is seeking an experienced and relationship driven Partnerships Executive to support the delivery and growth of its sponsorship program. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, this full-time role is central to sponsor engagement and the ongoing strength of Festival partnerships.

As the primary day to day contact for sponsors, the role focuses on delivering high quality activations, events and VIP experiences that align with the Adelaide Festival brand. Working collaboratively across the organisation, the Partnerships Executive ensures sponsor commitments are delivered to a high standard while identifying opportunities to enhance value and engagement.

The role also requires strong organisational capability, with responsibility for sponsorship administration, financial processes and accurate CRM management.
