About the role:

A full-time and ongoing role within our Business Advisory Services division, supporting the BAS and tax teams with high-volume administrative and client service work.

This role is critical in ensuring the smooth delivery of compliance processes, maintaining accurate client data, and supporting the team through both day-to-day operations and backlog reduction initiatives.

You will work in a supportive and collaborative environment, gaining exposure to a wide range of client work while contributing to meaningful improvements in team efficiency and workflow management.

Your role:

As an Administration & Client Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of core administrative and compliance functions across the firm.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-end PAYG and ATO administration, including correspondence, payment plans, and Division 293 matters
  • Coordination of individual tax return requests and client documentation delivery
  • Workflow and deadline management across FuseSign and XPM
  • Processing of actuarial certificates, disbursements, and unit trust administration (BGL)
  • Entity set-ups and ongoing system administration (companies, trusts, Xero, MYOB)
  • Maintenance of practice management records, disbursement jobs, and document filing
  • General administrative and reception overflow support

About you:

  • Previous experience in an accounting or professional services environment (preferred)
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage high-volume, process-driven work
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with systems such as XPM, FYI, BGL, Xero, or MYOB (advantageous)
  • A proactive approach and willingness to support team outcomes
