About the role:
A full-time and ongoing role within our Business Advisory Services division, supporting the BAS and tax teams with high-volume administrative and client service work.
This role is critical in ensuring the smooth delivery of compliance processes, maintaining accurate client data, and supporting the team through both day-to-day operations and backlog reduction initiatives.
You will work in a supportive and collaborative environment, gaining exposure to a wide range of client work while contributing to meaningful improvements in team efficiency and workflow management.
Your role:
As an Administration & Client Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of core administrative and compliance functions across the firm.
Your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end PAYG and ATO administration, including correspondence, payment plans, and Division 293 matters
- Coordination of individual tax return requests and client documentation delivery
- Workflow and deadline management across FuseSign and XPM
- Processing of actuarial certificates, disbursements, and unit trust administration (BGL)
- Entity set-ups and ongoing system administration (companies, trusts, Xero, MYOB)
- Maintenance of practice management records, disbursement jobs, and document filing
- General administrative and reception overflow support
About you:
- Previous experience in an accounting or professional services environment (preferred)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage high-volume, process-driven work
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with systems such as XPM, FYI, BGL, Xero, or MYOB (advantageous)
- A proactive approach and willingness to support team outcomes
