The Role:

As the Finance Administrator, you’ll be an integral part of our team, supporting day-to-day operations and helping to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to our clients and internal team. The role will provide you with unique experiences by working on a diverse range of clients while also immersing you in our supportive and connected team in our enjoyable office environment.

Responsibilities are including, but not limited to:

Assisting our clients:

Managing and filing of accounts inboxes
Assistance with bill processing and invoicing
Completing monthly compliance activities such as preparation of activity statements and superannuation processing
Payroll processing

Assisting our internal Business Advisory team:

Attending both internal and client meetings to capture notes and/or minutes
Proactively understanding the key responsibilities of the team, creating the ability to provide coverage where needed for absences
Sourcing key information for the team and distributing where applicable
Assisting with new client proposals
Liaising with our offshore teams

Key Requirements:
