Porting Coordinator

The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and customer-focused Porting Coordinator to join our team and support the seamless delivery of number porting services across our partner network. This is an entry-level role, with full training provided, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the telecommunications and voice space. It will suit a technically minded individual who is eager to learn, enjoys working with systems and processes, and takes initiative to get things done.

What You’ll Be Doing

Porting Coordination & Management

– Manage end-to-end number porting requests

– Liaise with carriers, partners, and internal stakeholders

– Track and manage porting schedules

Data Accuracy & Administration

– Maintain accurate records across systems

– Validate data inputs

 – Perform high-volume data entry

  Issue Resolution & Escalation

 – Investigate and resolve porting issues

 – Escalate complex cases where required

Collaboration & Communication

 – Work closely with TAC, Engineering, and Partner Success teams

 – Maintain strong partner and carrier relationships

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

 – Follow regulatory and internal standards

 – Contribute to process improvement

Data Protection & Compliance

 – Handle sensitive data securely

What You’ll Bring

  Essential

– Strong attention to detail

 – Excellent communication skills

 – A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Desirable

  – Experience with CRM or provisioning tools

 – Excel proficiency

 – Exposure to telecommunications, UCaaS or VoIP, or a strong interest in building a career in this space
