About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-focused Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our high-performing and growing team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth within or corporate and commercial portfolio across our Australian, New Zealand, and Legal entities by supporting key accounts, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional client service.
Your role is focused on new business acquisition — identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and selling tailored solutions. As BDE, you’ll own the full sales cycle — from strategic targeting and outbound prospecting through to working with the Immigration strategists and sales team to close deals. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to offer bespoke solutions that solve real business problems.
You’ll be part of a supportive national team but have full autonomy to drive your region’s new business revenue. If you are hungry to succeed, commercially astute, and love engaging with prospects and clients in-person and not afraid to pick up the phone… this is the role for you!
You will thrive in this role if you’re a natural connector, commercially savvy, and passionate about both building new business and nurturing client relationships. You’ll collaborate across pods, practices, and geographies to support business goals and revenue targets.
This role is based at our Prahran office, and we offer a hybrid working model. Broadly speaking, your duties will include:
- Business development and sales – building a strong sales pipeline and actively manage prospects through the sales cycle
- Account management and client retention
- Represent Absolute Immigration Group at industry events, conferences, and client functions
- Collaboration with marketing, legal, consulting, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Reporting and CRM management
About You
- Proven success, a minimum 3 years at BDE level, in business development, account management, or sales – ideally in professional services or immigration/mobility sectors
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- A strategic mindset with the ability to spot and act on growth opportunities
- Experience working across multiple geographies or business units is highly regarded
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with excellent presentation skills
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
