Description

We are in the unique position of seeking a Brand Manager to join the ABI Interiors Marketing team on a fulltime fixed term contract. You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s brand strategy to build brand awareness, trust, and long-term equity. You will drive integrated, commercially focused brand campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistent brand expression at every touchpoint. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate strategy into impactful brand initiatives, measure effectiveness through data and insights, and lead a high-performing team that supports both business outcomes and brand growth. 

  

What you will be doing: 

  • Promote and embed the company’s mission, vision, and values within the team. Foster an inclusive, supportive, and positive work culture.  
  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s brand strategy to build brand awareness, trust, and long-term brand equity across core audiences. 
  • Translate brand strategy into integrated, commercially driven campaigns that support business objectives and drive sales. 
  • Ensure consistent application of brand positioning, messaging, tone, and visual identity across all communication touchpoints. 
  • Lead the ideation, planning, and delivery of brand-led campaigns including advertising, promotions, PR, events, and selected trade activations. 
  • Oversee the briefing, development, and execution of brand assets in collaboration with Creative, Digital, Product Marketing, and Sales teams. 
  • Develop and maintain customer personas to inform brand strategy, messaging, and campaign planning. 
  • Manage and allocate the brand marketing budget to maximise return on investment and achieve business goals. 
  • Define success metrics for brand activity in collaboration with internal channel owners and stakeholders. 
  • Measure, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of brand campaigns and initiatives using data-driven insights. 
  • Lead consumer, market, and competitor research to inform brand strategy and identify growth opportunities. 
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, and leadership to ensure brand alignment and effective execution. 
  • Support the execution of brand initiatives across local and select international markets, ensuring relevance and consistency. 
  • Lead, coach, and mentor direct reports to support high performance, capability development, and accountability. 
  • Collaborate with wider business stakeholders to support CSR initiatives and reflect these authentically within brand communications. 
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to support employer brand initiatives and reflect these within brand marketing efforts. 

  

About you: 

  • Strong leadership experience in a similar role within a creative, marketing, or agency environment. 
  • Demonstrated ability to balance conceptual creativity with operational and business acumen. 
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Strong project management and senior stakeholder management abilities. 
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring creative team members across multiple disciplines. 
  • Strong ability to balance creative vision with commercial objectives.
