ICT Officer – Remote

Abco Products is looking for a hands-on ICT Officer to own the technology experience across our organisation — fully remote, working with a close-knit team that values depth, ownership, and getting things done right.

WHAT YOU”LL BE DOING

Support & operations

• Level 1 & 2 helpdesk across all sites
• Diagnose hardware, software & network issues
• Endpoint health monitoring via RMM tooling
• Start time: 6:00 am AEST (4:00 am Philippine Time·UTC+10)

Systems & infrastructure

• Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams & SharePoint
• Azure AD, user accounts & access controls
• FortiGate firewalls, UniFi & Azure cloud

Projects & improvement

• Lead system upgrades, rollouts & migrations
• Patch management & vulnerability remediation
• Produce accurate, clear documentation

Security posture

• Proactively identify infrastructure inefficiencies
• Maintain compliance across managed endpoints
• Cost-aware Azure infrastructure management

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years IT support / sysadmin
• Microsoft 365
• Entra ID Active Directory
• Windows endpoint management
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs

Excellent spoken and written English is essential. You’ll be communicating daily with Australian stakeholders across all levels of the business — from end users to senior leadership. We’re looking for someone who can express technical concepts clearly, confidently, and professionally in every interaction.
