Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Subcontracting Position
Job Summary:
A3 Support is seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Western Sydney. As a subcontract Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering holistic, client-centred care that empowers participants to build independence, confidence, and meaningful life skills.
At A3 Support, we believe therapy shouldn’t end in the clinic. Our model integrates allied health professionals with support workers and families, ensuring that strategies flow into everyday life for real, lasting progress.

What you’ll be doing
– Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalised treatment plans
– Delivering evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to help clients achieve their goals
– Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, patient-focused care
– Maintaining detailed clinical records and reporting on patient progress
Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with best practices
– Contributing to the continuous improvement of our allied health services
– Delivering competent services in accordance with professional expectations
What we’re looking for
– Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
– Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
– Relevant experience working in a similar allied health role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
– Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, client-centred care
– Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
– Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate therapy plans and services for clients.
– Ability to manage caseload and billables.
– Experience working within a multidisciplinary team and various demographics (not critical)
