About the role

The person you will be supporting is 34-year-old Lee, who loves to socialise, meeting and talking with new people whenever he can. He also enjoys going out for bike rides, he loves a trip to Nando’s and is always up for a having fun.

Lee has a diagnosis of a mild-moderate Learning Disability, Autistic Traits, and an unspecified eating disorder. Sometimes Lee needs help with some aspects of his day to day living, but this is mostly prompting, and he will happily help with most things.
