About the Role
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Turf Supervisor to join our Victorian team. In this role, you’ll be supporting a crew of turf professionals across golf and sports turf sites. From planning daily operations to mentoring apprentices and keeping clients happy, you’ll be the go-to person ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely, directly reporting to the Golf Business Manager. It’s a great mix of hands-on work and leadership — ideal for someone who loves being outdoors, has strong turf knowledge, and takes pride in delivering top-quality results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and mentoring a team of turf professionals and apprentices.
- Managing daily operations across multiple sites and ensuring work meets high standards.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Monitoring safety, quality and productivity across sites.
- Helping develop and train the next generation of turf specialists.
- Supporting the Golf Business Manager with reporting, planning and team development.
What You’ll Bring
- Cert III in Sports Turf Management (or equivalent qualification).
- 5+ years’ experience in a supervisory or superintendent role.
- A valid driver’s licence
- Great communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive approach to safety and teamwork.
- An eye for detail and strong organisational skills
- A knack for problem-solving and keeping things running smoothly.
- A willingness to get hands-on when needed.
