What You’ll Be Doing
- Full-cycle ownership of large, complex deals ($50k–$150k ACV)
- Deep discovery, challenger selling, and structured MEDDPICC qualification
- Shadow coaching and mentoring of junior AEs and CS reps
- Working with the Sales Manager on playbooks, pricing evolution, and pipeline structure
- Optional: contribute to hiring, onboarding, and revenue planning
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS, with closing experience at $50k+ ACV
- Experience mentoring or onboarding peers
- Strategic mindset: you can think like a Sales Manager, not just an AE
- Strong CRM habits, value-based selling skills, and commercial savvy
- Purpose-driven, coachable, and ready to step into more
