Reporting to the Centre of Excellence Lead, this is a great opportunity for talent like yours!
This role is a strong blend of customer care, contract administration, consultative enquiries, and problem-solving. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients while enjoying variety in your week with rotating shifts. You will play a key role in laying a strong foundation for ARA’s growth!
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Actively liaise with internal stakeholders such as Client Relationship Managers and Regional Operations Managers via phone and email for all work order requests, including tracking orders.
- Provide excellent customer service, effectively handle client calls, and respond to existing and new queries.
- Manage the existing contract database and issue new contract agreements.
- Process purchase orders and prepare invoices, quotations, and associated administrative procedures and documents to support accounts.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, manage client enquiries, and resolve disputes.
- Manage client files and associated changes, such as client contracts and requirements.
- Assist the Centre of Excellence Lead and team where required.
- Availability to work rotating shifts across the week, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
About you
You always strive to do your best, and with a continuous improvement mindset and flexible approach, you are highly adaptable and calm even during challenging and busy times. As the successful candidate, you will ideally have:
- Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement) or currently studying towards either qualification (highly desirable).
- Demonstrated experience in customer service within the cleaning industry (highly desirable).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with effective conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities tailored to diverse stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy, with proficient computer skills in the MS Office suite. Knowledge of work order management is a plus!
- Exceptional organisational skills, including strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management to efficiently prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated proactive attitude, eager to take on tasks beyond core responsibilities.
