Shore Excursions Coordinator – Remote

Description

We’re seeking a Shore Excursions Coordinator based on the East Coast of the United States or Canada to plan and execute shore side excursions for our small ship cruises. This role ensures every guest adventure runs smoothly from converting seasonal itineraries into detailed plans to coordinating transport, vendors, and contingency arrangements. You’ll work closely with Product, Ground Operations, and shipboard teams to guarantee seamless delivery and exceptional guest experiences.

What you’ll do:

  • Turn itineraries into clear, actionable plans for each port.
  • Coordinate logistics with local operators, DMCs, and port agents.
  • Manage excursion inventory, costs, and booking systems.
  • Create engaging guest communications and onboard content.
  • Champion sustainability and cultural respect in all excursions.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years in travel or cruise operations (shore excursion experience highly regarded).
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with MS Excel; CRM experience a plus.
  • Passion for adventure travel and sustainability.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to Aurora’s destinations.
